Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full length of your service, however you will be responsible for payment in full.


We will always do everything possible to accommodate you if you’re running behind schedule, stuck in traffic, we understand emergencies come up – however, your tardiness can negatively affect our teams’ by delaying them for their next clients. That being said, we generally allow a 10 minute grace period. After the 10 minutes expires, we will call to check in on you to confirm If you are able to make it in time for your entire service, we will do everything we can to ensure we accommodate you with the time we have available. If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you.


Appointments are very important to our team at Daisy Nail Salon. The time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy the experience and services we provide you. We fully understand that situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We always do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. We requiret at least a 24-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments.

When you miss an appointment or cancel your appointment without giving the required 24-hour notice, your nail technician loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If we do not receive the required notice for cancellations, a 25% service fee will be debited from your credit card.


In order to successfully book future appointments, Daisy Nail Salon requires placing a credit card on file. If you don’t cancel your appointment within 24-hours time or you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the service price. If you have missed two or more of your scheduled appointments, you will be charged 100% service price.
